With more than 35 years of experience in the aerospace industry, Stan brings exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the aviation sector. His strategic insight into aircraft manufacturing, global operations, and aftermarket services will be instrumental as CTS Engines continues to grow its global footprint and expand its service offerings.

Stan Deal most recently served as President and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes, overseeing more than 60% of Boeing’s total revenue. He previously founded and led Boeing Global Services and held key roles in supply chain, sales, and aviation services during his 30+ year career at Boeing.
