Brian Neff, CEO
Mr. Neff became CEO of CTS Engines, the global leader for mature jet engine maintenance, in 2010. Prior to CTS, he was the President of Southern Air from 2007 to 2009, and its CFO from 2003 to 2007. In addition to being the CEO of CTS, Mr. Neff also serves as CEO of Sintavia, an advanced manufacturer focused primarily on the Aerospace & Defense industry. Mr. Neff holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Vesa Paukkeri, President & COO
Vesa Paukkeri is the President & COO of CTS Engines in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Prior to joining CTS Engines in 2012, Mr. Paukkeri had 10 years at Finnair, where he held various executive positions, including from 2008 to 2012 the VP & COO role at Finnair Engine Services (FES) as well as VP Component Services and VP Sales & Marketing at Finnair Technical Services (FTS). During this period, he managed a major restructuring of the company, increasing FTS’s reputation for quality, great customer service, and competitive turnaround times. Mr. Paukkeri started his aviation career at Finnish Air Forces in 1994 as an assistant technician and after few years study break, he joined Finnish Army Aviation to serve as an Aviation Engineering Officer in various helicopter programs for three years. Mr. Paukkeri holds a master’s degree in aeronautical engineering from Helsinki University of Technology.
Michael Ray, CFO
Michael Ray joined CTS Engines as the CFO in November 2016. Before that, Mr. Ray was the CFO of ACR Electronics, Inc. and W.S Badcock Corp. Mr. Ray has over 35 years of CFO and senior financial management experience for private equity-backed, privately owned and publicly traded companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in accounting from the University of Kentucky.
Diane Cavuoto, Senior VP
Diane Cavuoto joined CTS Engines as the Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, in December 2017. Ms. Cavuoto, most recently Vice President, Strategic Sourcing at Honeywell International, brings years of supply chain management experience to CTS. In her prior role at Honeywell, Ms. Cavuoto managed a global commodity team of 150 employees managing $4 billion of direct material spend and reported directly to Honeywell’s Chief Procurement Officer. She holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University.
